Lexis Learning Convergence™ is our Learning Content Development Lifecycle that begins with the clear identification of objectives, including what the learners need to know. Job-specific skills and achievable learning objectives are planned according to a roadmap of business needs and a review of cognitive (knowledge), affective (attitude), and psychomotor (skills) domains of knowledge that need to be addressed.
The development of learning content is the next critical step. We take a blended, interactive, and learner-centered approach to creating instructional materials, such as training videos, participant guides and job aids using established tools as well as new emerging technologies, such as animation, games, and virtual reality. Training content is developed with input and approval from subject-matter-experts (SMEs) and recurring pilot-testing.
Next, the selection of the optimal instructional methodology and the facilitation of training sessions may be composed of hosted e-Learning, on-demand virtual computer-based-training (CBT), instructor-led training (ILT) in the conventional classroom, self-paced learning, or a blended approach.
The final phases of this architecture include the conduct of Train-The-Trainer (T3) sessions and the launch of the final version of the training product, followed by the evaluation of learning outcomes.
